Nestled in the heart of the city, its location was perfect for exploring the historic center. the staff, including Nubia, Lalo, and Kevin, were incredibly welcoming and attentive. the room was spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and a cozy atmosphere. the hotel's cleanliness and attention to detail were impressive, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing experience. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious local breakfast offered at the hotel, the "norteño" option was a delightful culinary experience. the hotel's proximity to the city's major landmarks made it convenient to explore on foot, with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. the staff also provided helpful information about the area, making it easy to plan activities and tours during my visit. Overall, Hotel Casino Plaza provided a fantastic experience with its excellent service, clean and comfortable accommodations, and prime location in Guadalajara.
